The very friendly secretaries... The general practitioner I saw unfortunately was not... Although Dr Do is undoubtedly a professional and very competent in her field, I need a specialist.
So I asked for a request for a specialist during our meeting and she then handed me a paper with the letters GAP on the little post-it.
When I joined the GAP, they assured me that I could not see a general practitioner for a simple request and to check with the Dr who had given me the said little paper...

Got an appointment through bonjour santé. I presented myself 5 minutes early, got to see the doctor not even 10 minutes later. Got a prescription for my issue and I am feeling better already.

After my family doctor ended her practice, I was assigned this clinic as my GAP contact point.
I needed a check-up, and was expecting to wait weeks and weeks, but after I connected to the GAP helpline they patched me through the this clinic, and I had an appointment within 10 days.
When I arrived, the staff was what you'd expected (three ladies at desks doing the work of 10 people, and a couple nurses running around so much you would think the clinic is a gym).
But even though they were busy and my French isn't perfect they had me in to see the nurse/doctor on-time.
