Great customer service, good pricing and good turn around time. The one thing i would have preferred is even if a issue couldn't be reproduced, a list of possible fix could have been attempted. In my case it ended up being a bios update fixed my issue that i had to do at home.
The testing that was done on my PC help me narrow down my issue by eliminating both a potential hardware issue and power issue allowing me to be confident at looking into potential software problems.

Had issue with my Desktop Dell. Unable to open programs or files. Blue screen, cursor non functioning. Took it to La Shop info. Mathew was very professional and explained his approach to figure out the issue. Within 24 hrs, all resolved. I highly recommend Mathew should you have computer related issues! Price very fair.
