    I received outstanding service from Massyl Ibrahim today at Best Buy, 8480 Boul. Leduc, Unit 100 in Brossard. He took the time to explain the difference between USB-C and USB-A, helped me find the right adapter for my new Samsung phone, and patiently answered all my questions about transferring apps and data. Even while assisting other customers, he remained courteous and gracious. His helpfulness and professionalism made my experience exceptional, exactly what I hope for in customer service—highly recommended!

    I had good service at best buy Brossard from Mr. Ala, they gave us good advice and he helped us a lot with the phone I wanted to flip and also the watch. I recommend you go to best buy Brossard and ask for Mr. Ala, no regrets.

    My experience at bestbuy was very disappointing. I went to go upgrade my phone. I accepted a plan for the phone( 50 per month and 45$ for the phone ) and left there with a whole different price on my bill the following day. 50 per month and 75$ for the phone plus a 60$ activation fee that was never mentioned . Mind you the employee that was serving me seemed to not have much experience updating a phone . He kept validating every move with his chef de equip. With all the offers they had I had chose Bell because it was 45$ for the phone and not 65$ with virgin , who I’m currently with.Unfortunately they couldn’t get into the Bell service page .
