Yesterday I visited this store and I had a problem in my laptop a technician name Kemal with nationality of Morocco’s with high experience have been solved our problem, he was super polite and friendly , by a very good passion he opened our laptop and he did his best. Through of here I want to be thankful of him and Best Buy .

They called me to pick up my package 15 minutes before closing, told me I could still pick it up if I'm late around 2-3min ...I guess I just wasted my gas... The employee didn't suggest my order to be delivered at my place directly
