Generally speaking they are friendly,& helpful but once with tab they kept telling it was just me until I got a young woman who listen to the issue and ran a test realizing it was the screen causing it an issue. So they replaced under warranty. Haven’t had a problem since. But again with my Apple phone they blamed the carrier, they blame me, they told me that basically where wasn’t anything they could do for me. On 6 or 7 trip in the clerk got upset as she had pointed out I had been in many times & they all came down with the same conclusion it was just basically my image so to get rid of me she sent phone into the back to have a deep dive on it done. I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being assisted by “Layal”. I must say, her service was exceptional and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed and provided valuable insights into the product I purchased. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I highly commend Layal for her professionalism and willingness to assist customers. She truly made my visit a fantastic one!

We were a little frustrated with the store although I believe it is policy and not the staff. The staff were great in trying to get us the help we needed without an appointment.We phoned ahead and explained our issue and a “staff” member advised us they had what we needed in stock and to come for the exchange. We did not have an appointment and stated we would be a “walk in” and they would fit us in.When we arrived we found out this was not the case as they were busy however the staff member was good and fit us in “as a favor” and a “one off”.
