I had a problem with my iPhone. Roger was very helpful after verifying the problem he gave me a brief explanation and how to proceed. Day after I dropped off my iPhone for repair and it was ready in 3 hours like brand new .
Luciano is by far the best Apple Specialist in this store! He went above and beyond during my visit, showing incredible patience, friendliness, and a genuinely accommodating attitude throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Regarding the store as a whole, I have never had a single issue here. The entire Apple team is consistently professional, respectful, and most importantly never pushy. They truly focus on finding the right solution for you rather than just making a sale.
I want to send a huge shout out to Nancy who helped me recovery her Mac Air without having to wipe out its memory! I had my short story in it which I had just finished writing; it took me all winter! 🥶
