Okay so I'm here at the ferry right now. It is Saturday I'm trying to get on the 10:30 a.m. ferry. If you don't have a ticket and you have to wait in line there's so many different time zones here within an hour there's 3 different times zones. To book the ticket you have to go by the Quebec time zone. Be at the door at 6:00 a.m. if you're trying to get on that 10:30 a.m. morning ferry. They only allow about 25 people with non-reservations. I got there at 6:30 because I thought the ferry doesn't leave till 10:30 but it's 10:30 Newfoundland time the ferry leaves. So when I got there at 6:30 there was already 20 people in front of me. I think I am on the 10:30 ferry but if not I'll have to wait till 3:30. I'm just waiting in que now. I've got my minivan and it's just me the prices did go down from when I did the research a month ago. So it cost me $35.25 for a ticket for myself. I'm just hoping I'm on this 10:30 one. So weird you have to book in Quebec time but the ferry leaves in Newfoundland time which is 2 hours ahead. Anyways if you get there at 6:00 a.m. Quebec time you'll have to wait half an hour the doors open at 7:00 a.m. Quebec time. It's a little confusing but just wait in que 6:00 a.m. in Quebec time and you will be okay. The gray building with the red trim in the photo that is the building where you stand in line. I'm letting people know cuz I had no idea where to go if it wasn't for a bunch of people in that lineup I wouldn't have known
