I used this company to repair an older AC 'split' unit, which had completely stopped working. I chose them because they are one of the few if not the only company that services the Comfor-Aire brand.Arranging the appt for the service call was easy although wait time was over 2 weeks, understanding that this was end of June and a busy time.Confirmation of the appt was done by email with great details, indicating the window of time the service repair would be done. We have a wall mounted air conditioning system that broke down. I contacted Tran Climatisation and within a week we had a technician at our place. Turned out we needed a new motor and circuit board, which they ordered for us and then installed. The service was great, from the moment I put in the service request to the work done by the technician.He was really amazing, did everything he could to fix the issue before confirming we needed a new motor. They also provided some quotes for a new system installation, but they did not push it on us like some other companies might do.
