I came here three times already and always have a great time. They really make you comfortable and ease you in the session. Shoutout to Alice for being patient and taking her time to explain every detail with my family. Definitely recommend.👌

It was 4th time taking family photos here, but will not repeat again. Purchased 10 pictures (Maternity before/After) which we carefully chose after taking time. Then a week later we received 1 wrong picture today! I requested right away a replacement of 1 photo but she said it's customer's responsibility to verify so l have to buy another one. Ridiculous. How are we supposed to double check if the shop uploaded the wrong photo after we verified everything??? The shop didn't give us any final proof copy either so we can't prove what we chose. (They really should give us a paper copy for their own sake too, I'd suggest here.) I am dissapointed at their service honestly. We cannot see what they send to us until l receive it. I just wanted 1 photo to be replaced that we chose instead of the one they wrongly sent to us but rejected. This is very cheap service. I liked the shipping until today so l still give 2 stars but not repeat again if nothing is done.

Excellent experience thanks to Dorian and Helene! They made the photoshoot enjoyable and the photos turned out great even with an excitable dog and 2-month old baby!!!

We had a photoshoot with Helene, and liza and it went very well. They were engaging, patient and interactive with our daughter. They were very constructive with us as well, giving us cues to feed off of and direction for the best possible pictures
