Horrible experience - I should have known better than to go back. Being new makes it complicated. We can fix it - if you listen in the first place you wouldn't need to fix anything. I've been going to Aveda salons for over 25 years. Making a customer feel bad after a complaint is just not good business.

I went to get my hair done as my hair needed something new and fresh I came in with thick uneven hair layers and left with symmetrical perfection and a side shave with a triangle design and I’m absolutely obsessed!🤩 thanks so much to my new and permanent girl Ariel
