Absolutely frustrating dealing with this company after they do updates - lock you out of your own account several times with the only solution going in person. The only reason you get locked out is bc the app is being updated then suddenly none of your banking information you’ve had your whole life no longer works

Really bad service, holds every check I deposit with the app and now I have to wait till Monday. Soooooo done with this bank! ?
