“Dropped in a for couple of mornings while visiting PEI. The staff and clientele were very friendly, the day passes were affordable and there was a wide cross section of people working out. The faculty is possibly bit dated but has everything you need, it was nice to have some old school iron to throw around. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to work on their fitness.”
