Very poor experience with this company. Poor customer service, they blamed the customer for being on a budget. When showed with photographic evidence that the cleaning wasn’t completed the customer was made to feel like it was the customer’s fault that the work didn’t get done. It was offered for a staff to come out to finish the job, but this was only offered at an additional charge. When customer asked to speak to regional director, customer made to feel like it was pointless to follow up with a complaint. I would not trust this company, especially with their high rates and lack of flexibility to accommodate different kinds of customers. Very unfortunate experience.

We moved over to Merry Maids over two 1/2 years ago. Rebecca is a great owner operator and has very polite professional staff arrive every few weeks at our home. I highly recommend the cleaning services from Merry Maids.Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning

The staff have always been friendly and responsive. They ensure that I have been happy with the service and always send out reminders of when they are coming. They are extremely flexible with cleaning schedules and work to meet all our requirements. This is a local company and everyone has been amazing. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

My deep clean was billed but they only did a 3 hr. charge over 2 days!! I had agreed they would come on a certain day and time.. I made it a point to be there for a bit when I heard they were coming back.. They spent a whole 5 min. in the bathroom.. The rad and tub were not touched and there was a piece of garbage in a corner.. I did phone she said they would clean those areas next time!! So I pay for a clean and than pay again the next month?? Or maybe they still wont do it!! I expected more quality and professionalism.. A deep clean is a lot of work and I certainly didnt get my moneys worth.. I was very disappointed..

The company was sold some years ago and managed by Kim. Since then the service has been disorganized and unreliable. Services booked for weekly enhanced cleaning including monthly over and stove from January to May were only done once but billed. Some staff are in and out in 25-30 minutes as our security system proves, but billed for 1 hr and fifteen minutes. Cleaning staff change and standards aren’t maintained. I attribute most to lack of management and communication. I even spoke with management asking for the staff I didn’t want returning after paying for 1 hr and 15 minutes cleaning and were gone in 25-30 minutes to a half cleaned home, we’re back in my home! That was the last straw. Take your business elsewhere.
