I dropped in this morning to the JustJoes Stratford location hoping to get a new battery for my vehicle... from the moment I walked in the front door to pulling away, I cannot express in words, how completely positive the entire experience was for me! I had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced and inspected here. The team is incredibly professional, and their friendly behavior made the whole process stress-free.
The pricing is very fair, but what really stood out was their thoughtfulness. When they heard I was planning a road trip, Joe actually gave me a roadside assistance travel kit! It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares about your safety and satisfaction like this.
I am truly thankful and will definitely be coming back.
