My phone would not charge, so my plan was to visit a big-box store and then Cracked Device Co. Staff at the big-box store actually suggested that I go to Cracked Device (without knowing my plan). I went there, and on my way in minutes, back in action. A wonderful experience. I'll be back!

I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve brought my different devices in over the years: all for battery replacements. Good price and fast service. This time she noted that my screen time analysis was running all the time in the background, likely due to an iPhone update. It is now off.

I needed my phone screen replaced for my work phone. because it never shuts off I needed it done quickly. the screen was ordered and I dropped it off for about 3 hours. phone works great. down time was minimal. excellent service
