Went here thinking my charger port was broken because my phone wouldn’t charge, talked to the representative and she said she would see if she could clean it, minutes later was back and it worked better then new. Thank you for your help These guys are great if you need repairs I recommend checking them out!

My phone would not charge, so my plan was to visit a big-box store and then Cracked Device Co. Staff at the big-box store actually suggested that I go to Cracked Device (without knowing my plan). I went there, and on my way in minutes, back in action. A wonderful experience. I'll be back!

I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve brought my different devices in over the years: all for battery replacements. Good price and fast service. This time she noted that my screen time analysis was running all the time in the background, likely due to an iPhone update. It is now off.
