I initially had a problem with my service. When I brought up my concerns, the management and staff were very empathetic and receptive to my feedback.
They went above and beyond to make things right. The staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, warm and professional.

It’s absolutely amazing at Cocoon Wellness spa. They’re talented, welcoming and create a relaxing environment. Laura, Denise and everyone else I encountered made me feel pampered and catered to.

I had a very sore back from travelling from Ontario and stopped me from playing golf. Michelle was fantastic and was able to get me in right away with a 90 min session.
I had no pain the next day and was able to continue with our golf vacation.
