Credit best buy putting up with our multiple changes to our purchases and installs MARIA is the BEST!! Amazing, she knows her stuff and is so kind, curtious and a pleasure to talk to!

During the Black Friday sale, we went to the store (Charlottetown) and purchased a TV. We paid $1,150 in total. Went home and unfortunately, we were given a TV that had issues (screen dead pixel). So we called customer service support and was told that someone from the store would contact us. We waited and waited but no one called. So we went to the store again and informed them of the issue. They wanted us to bring the TV back. I asked kindly if someone could pick it up because it's very inconvenient and it wasn't our fault that the TV had issues. Also, we had to get a taxi to bring this TV home because it wouldnt fit in our car. So I didn't want to pay... read full review
