I first met her for a consultation, and even at the consultation I was so impressed by how carefully she assessed my hair. She did a proper hair test and took the time to understand what colour and haircut would suit my face and overall look. Instead of rushing me into an appointment, she gave me the time to think and decide when I was ready. Today was finally my appointment, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She gave my hair such a beautiful colour and created a look that I absolutely love Then she washed my hair, did a treatment and gave me a scalp treatment as well, which was especially helpful because I had quite a lot of dandruff. She also recommended a product for my hair, and honestly, I trust her recommendation completely. I’ve only met her a couple of times, but the way she works and explains everything made me feel so comfortable and confident. And then came the haircut WOW She styled my hair so beautifully. I’ve had my hair coloured and cut many times before, but this is genuinely the first time I’ve walked out feeling completely satisfied with everything.
