Another season and another call to Trish and her team at Paverscape, who never fail to impress! Thank you Trish for all the work you have done and continue to do for us year after year. From solving drainage issues to creating luxurious outdoor living areas to basic upkeep and everything in between, we appreciate it all and can't wait for what our next project will be.

We were given a quote with a contract, while we understand that we added something, they attempted multiple times to tell us that items were not included that we’re clearly on our contract. Bob, the designer, came to me and told me how it’s great being in this line of work because you can make adjustments as you go and see better visions and then he told me a step in our patio design would look amazing. We did not want one. Next thing we know, the next week, suddenly our design requires a step due to grading and blah blah blah. Add an additional $1500-2000. This duo literally tells you different things and then argues about it and won’t honor what they told you. The job was of a larger scale and literally destroyed our entire front and side yard. Understandable to a point. They reseeded the front yard and laid hay. They had their machinery parked in our side yard for weeks and left us the mess to reseed and clean. They crushed our drainage pipe and never told us. We noticed it. They cut our mulch bed incredibly short per the agreed and paid design with multiple excuses. They excavated and laid stone for a shed to be delivered on and it literally looked like a 10 year old did it. The stone pavers in the front… I will say this, there was one older gentleman who was very skilled at cutting. The rest were horrendous. I have pictures and videos. From afar it doesn’t look bad. You get up close, there’s huge gaps, very crooked cuts. Very noticeable. We continuously kept being told every other week that it was more and more money due to rising costs. Our street is damaged from their vehicles, our driveway is incredibly damaged and stained from their ratchet vehicles. We paid a lot of money for this job and we went into it open minded and very polite. We allowed the owner use of our bathroom once and then she decided to invite her entire staff to come and go in and out of our home as they wanted to use our bathroom. Every-time I turned around she was asking for medicine, a drink, something. Very unprofessional in my opinion. They laid mulch and the sand and we ended up with maggots or some type of maggot type worm everywhere. One day they didn’t show up to work and my husband text her and she said she needed to meet him. She shows up with Bob and says they are done and here to collect final payment. We were completely baffled and astonished because the job looked very unfinished. My husband showed them the pad where the shed was about to be delivered and the damaged drainage pipe and they became very defensive. They were saying they gave us a bunch of stuff for free. My husband and I were both very upset. The next morning the owner Trish shows up to repair an issue right next to our front door, where our RING camera is. She was on the phone complaining about my husband and called him anti-Semitic names. My children were watching her from inside and heard it all. We also have it all on video! We gave them the ability to come look and rectify the issues we had and they could not even apologize for their anti-Semitic rant. Instead, they brought an entourage onto our property and we’re recording us and we’re extremely rude. We will be turning this over to a magistrate to handle!

We absolutely enjoy the beautiful patio in our back yard and the quality of the work preformed.
