We woke up on a Tuesday morning, smelling gas from our vents. Wallace had someone out that day by 12 PM to look at our unit. Unfortunately, we had to replace our furnace and a/c unit. Wallace was amazing with their proposal and offered great financing plans through another company. By Friday, we had heat again! The workers who came out were great, very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up afterwards, you wouldn’t even know they were here. We cannot recommend Wallace enough! We look forward to continued service through our complete care package.
