Studio Z is truly one of the hidden gems of Zelienople! After starting with their 2 week trial offer last fall I was hooked. Every instructor brings a unique approach to their practice, but all are highly knowledgeable, welcoming, and uplifting. The Monday "Move with your mood" class has become the highlight of my week. Whether you are brand new or have been practicing for years this studio community is a safe haven to nourish your body and your mind. Cannot recommend them enough!

I love this studio and the teachers. What a safe space to be just as you are. I have been coming here since the studio opened and I can say no matter how heavy my heart feels when I enter the studio, I always feel light after class. Healing hearts on Sunday is my favorite class.

I had a really positive experience at Studio Z. Melissa was an encouraging and helpful instructor, and the class environment was warm and accepting. Thank you for being patient with a yoga rookie! I’m looking forward to coming back again.
