ZIPS Cleaners

ZIPS Cleaners offers a simple and quick check-in and check-out process. Their services are cost-effective, being a third of the price of a local dry cleaner. Customers have reported that their sport coats and other garments look very good after being cleaned by ZIPS Cleaners.

However, some customers have experienced issues with the quality of the cleaning. One customer reported that their coats were not properly cleaned and had more dirt on them after the service. The manager initially did not address the issue satisfactorily, but the owner later stepped in, apologized, and personally ensured the coats were properly cleaned.

Overall, ZIPS Cleaners provides fast and affordable dry cleaning services, but some customers have encountered problems with the quality of the cleaning, which the business has worked to resolve.
