We’ve had our 12 year old daughter in york MMAs youth class and now junior class for about 3 years. My husband and I are now recently apart of the jujitsu family as well. Coach George and Gillian and their other wonderful coaches really welcome you and treat you like family. No egos or bad attitudes, simply a friendly helpful environment. I highly recommend!

I came to coach George almost 3 years ago looking for guidance to help me get into mma. I haven’t looked back since. I trust him and coach Micah to the fullest extent. They truly know what they are doing. You really build a bond with them and the people in school as you would with your family. If you ever have second thoughts about coming, don’t. Everyday day I am in is completely worth it. I can go from a horrible day then come in to train and my attitude and energy is completely flipped. I love training here, not leaving anytime soon.
We love coming here. Amazing place to train, learn and feel supported by your teammates. I attend the Maui Thai class and The Ladies Self Defense class. All of the coaches are very through in their teaching and work as hard as they can to make you better at what you are trying to accomplish. Since I have started coming to the gym it has allowed me to get my confidence back and feel more safe with everything I am learning. Thank you so much again for being such an amazing school. I would definitely recommend attending here. You will not be disappointed and will leave with more knowledge of what you aiming to learn.
