The entire experience from start has been very professional. The meaning with sales rep Eric was not intimidating and very open. The installation with Sean was very smooth and friendly. Unfortunately I found one window was cracked a few days after installation, I called Val who does the scheduling and service and she was wonderful with helping get the window number and ordering a replacement that will be installed as soon as it comes in. I could not be happier with the entire experience. I will HIGHLY recommend Window World to anyone.
We have used Window World in the past for front door, sliding patio door and French patio door replacement and we were very satisfied. We recently decided to go with them again to have all of our windows replaced and we are very pleased with them. The installers were top notch, hard working, professional and friendly. I had a window that needed repaired and setting up the repair was easy and Josh did the repair and was prompt, friendly and finished the job very quickly. We had the windows installed about 20 years ago and they only charged a $25 service fee for the repair. Great experience and great customer service.
