West York Auto Spa Express provides a modern car wash experience with its impressive 130-foot tunnel featuring high-tech stainless-steel equipment. The facility uses two types of wraps—soft microfiber and neoprene—that effectively clean without holding dirt. Customers can choose from four wash packages: Super, Deluxe, Standard, and Basic, all of which offer an Unlimited Monthly Membership with access to a VIP Members Only Express Lane. After the wash, customers can take advantage of free microfiber drying towels, air hoses, vacuums, and mat cleaners. Reviews highlight the quick service even during busy times. The well-maintained facility features efficient dryers that leave vehicles glossy and shiny. Although some customers can no longer use the wash due to modifications, they still appreciate the vacuum area and cleaning tools available on-site. The vacuum station is free to use and includes a compressed air nozzle, vacuum, mat cleaner, and microfiber towels during business hours. After hours, the vacuum and air nozzle is still available for free. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly.
I always have great service here. The main reason that I wanted to leave a review was because I had left some belongings here by accident when cleaning my car. Specifically, my Meta glasses were included in those belongings, and they are quite expensive. I am so thankful to one of the employees, Sam, as she found them and stored them away and safe in the office to make sure that they were returned to me. Very grateful.
I park under a Bradford Pear and the dropping “fruit” sticks like superglue to my car. I decided to try this place on a whim and explained my predicament to the employee. I really appreciated that instead of trying to sell me up, he recommended what was actually best for my car. He also said if it didn’t come off the first time around (we both knew it wouldn’t), to swing through for a second run through for free. I really appreciated the employee 100% just doing what was best for me as the customer. Will be back next time I’m in town!
I believe they're a fairly new establishment so everything works as it should, the wash through left it nice, and the vacuums had a decent amount of suction to them. I also liked the stack of towels they offered by the vacuums to clean your door jambs or dash. Also they got this deal where you can insert your car mat through and it'll wash/rinse them (hadnt seen that before). Total cost at this time was $26 thats the 2nd package down frm the top. Not to shabby
