My wife and I have dealt with quite a few family law attorneys over the last few years. By far Attorney Kogut was the best we have had by a mile. Her fees were a flat rate which really helped us out a lot. She was extremely consistent with communication even on weekends and after hours she would respond to my emails. I never had to worry what was going on or what was next. She took her time to explain everything and really help my wife when it came time for the hearing. Alisa Livaditis is very corrupt. If the court appoints her to your case, know that you are going to lose and prepare yourself for observing things never before seen in a court case. She doesn't care about you as a client. This firm has a record for "longest serving" in York County for a reason. They don't advocate for a "client" if it will upset the judge and their main source of income. How they get bad reviews scrubbed, I don't know.
