I looked at the reviews while I was in York . Decided to give this place a try a wasn’t sure if they took walk in or what, but they did. I was so happy with my cut that Melissa gave to me :) it was perfect an felt amazing. Will be going again. I made my appointment online, and since it was a Thursday morning they were not very busy so I got in quickly. My hairstylist should have double checked the type of appointment I booked, but the other stylist made it clear anyway. Once I was in her chair I got a highly personalized experience! She listened well, paced herself, and made sure her attention to detail resulted in an excellent cut. Two thumbs up!
