Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He reviewed the services that I had requested and I showed him the house. Richard asked if I would like the grout sealed on the tile floors. Since it had never been done, I decided to go ahead with the service. Richard worked diligently and answered all of my questions. My carpets and tile look great, they really needed a good cleaning. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again and ask for Richard.

Great service and they explained each step, allowed for questions and were very easy to talk to and answer those questions. They did two rooms, a hallway, and the carpeted stairs and even with cats it came out smelling great!
