A very lovely lady took the time to answer my questions to help me understand options before I moved into my new home. If I do get to choose my provider, I would definitely not need to look any further as this kind of customer service is rare these days!

Even though I'm in Frederick County O'Brien fuel service has taken exceptional care of me as long as O'Brien's will deliver fuel to me I will not use anyone else it's extremely hard to find a company that actually cares about their customers thank you again O'Brien fuel service

Our propane was getting low before the Christmas holiday and they took good care of us getting our tanks filled before the holiday stretch. We’ve had great experiences with O’Briens from setting up/purchasing our tanks and anytime we order. They are patient and answer all my questions, highly recommend!
