Exceptional service, prompt communication, and very reasonable and honest pricing. Mark rekeyed my entire home for me in under an hour and only three days after I first reached out, responding to my initial inquiry (on a weekend) same-day. His pricing is eminently reasonable and very honest - he even suggested a few ways to charge me less and saved me a trip by doing some separate on-site key copying while he was here. He was friendly and professional both in-person and through all our communication. I can't imagine a better experience -- highly, highly recommended.
We had a fantastic experience with Mark Raybin General Locksmith! Mark came out through a work order from our home warranty company to rekey the locks on our entry doors—and not only did he do a great job with that, but he also went above and beyond by installing a deadbolt for us while he was here!
