We ordered the wrong flooring due to a misunderstanding of the online description. When my husband called to check on the order status he spoke to John. After explaining our project needs, John realized we had bought the wrong item. He cancelled the order, refunded our money and ordered the correct flooring. AND he saved us money! Thanks for doing a great job John!!
Salesperson listened to what I had in mind and answered my questions in depth about the difference between waterproof and water resistant floors. He helped to figure out how much sf I'd need and made recommendations for floors in stock in my price range. No high pressure. Very low key. I was able to find something & take it home with me. Very pleased.
I was looking for lumber, came across this place, and it turned out they are just a flooring-focused business. Instead of the staff just saying "Nah this ain't it", the staff kindly offered to search online for places that do have what I'm looking for! Very nice! They deserve a bonus. ?
