My stylist was Carla and I absolutely loved how good she was with communication. She was so nice and understanding. I absolutely loved my cut and color. Definitely coming back to her.

My stylist (Nancy) was amazing. First, she took the time to find out what my ultimate finished goal was. Next, she thoroughly analyzed my hair. She pointed out concerns she had with the health of certain areas but agreed we were safe to proceed. Following my signature we got to work (or should I say she did). My request for a brick-lay wrap in larger rods to produce a more natural look was precisely what I received. A couple of hours later the perm and trim were complete and I walked out of the salon a very pleased customer!There is only one thing I would suggest. Hire more help. I’ve been on a hair growth/ recovery journey and felt a little nervous while walking in. However my stylist Danielle Jackson made my experience easy and soothing. She trimmed my hair down and deep conditioned my curls. She was very gentle and took her time while taking care of me. She made the experience delightful. I usually struggle on maintaining my hair however she gave me tips and tricks. Very passionate about her job!!!! 100/10
