I called Ehrlich Pest Control for a massive yellow jacket colony in my kitchen walls. They were incredibly responsive, and their technician, Allan, was informative and extremely professional and thorough. Allan gave me his personal cell for any necessary follow up questions or concerns and came back out two days later to double check the basement area and re-treat any areas of possible entry because I am incredibly allergic and was afraid to go downstairs myself. He even accompanied me to show me all of the areas that were treated and assure me that yellow jackets were not still flying about. I cannot say enough good things about Allan and his service. Explains everything that they are doing. Cleaned everything up & did a good job. I spoke to Cameron most of the time. He was very professional & answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He & his partner were very pleasant.
