Please stay away from this company that supplies hardwood flooring to installers. They delivered Mullican flooring to us and it was one issue after another. The sent only 1 delivery guy and he had to carry all the wood up a flight of stairs. He was exhausted and ended up knocking about 10 boxes off the truck onto the ground. Several broke open and wood was damaged. Installer had to fight with them to provide replacement. Then the drive pulled away from the driveway and hit out mailbox and post breaking the post in half. Garbage service every time. As a flooring contractor I've ordered from derr a few times and every time I've had to give my information multiple times before they could sell me anything. Shouldn't be that hard to look me up and get me my things. Half an hour every time even for something a simple as a box of sandpaper. Tried to call ahead today so I could be in and out but sat on hold for 10 minutes and spoke with 2 different people while they tried to find my account

This company is an OK company to work if you like being surrounded by a few osha violations like certain that should be bolted to the ground are not they are free standing and easy to tip over causing a possibly injury or death to anyone near them. There management in the office is a joke, they will fire one person for coming in late but everyone else will get a right up or a warning when a few of the people have been late the same amount of times or even more .
