Can’t recommend enough, a super nice guy, fantastic customer service, super responsive and helpful! Had a few issues with a used laptop I bought and he was very honest and got taken care of what we could! Would use again without hesitation
Great service, prompt turnaround, honest pricing… He was able to save my 7 year old pc with a new power block, hard drive and battery. It was totally dead and now by far better than new!!!!!
Dan is not only a highly professional businessman, but also an incredibly patient and understanding individual. I live out of state and needed someone to assist my brother, who is a senior citizen and not comfortable with computers. He gets frustrated easily and had no knowledge of how to set one up or even use one. He really wanted it because the print on the phone was getting too small for his eyes.
Dan went above and beyond—he helped set up the computer, organized passwords, connected it to the TV, and walked my brother through how to search for things online. Most importantly, he took his time to ensure my brother truly understood everything.
