Dan is not only a highly professional businessman, but also an incredibly patient and understanding individual. I live out of state and needed someone to assist my brother, who is a senior citizen and not comfortable with computers. He gets frustrated easily and had no knowledge of how to set one up or even use one. He really wanted it because the print on the phone was getting too small for his eyes.

Haven't gotten my laptop looked over in years, Called around and explained my issues and nobody would touch it, they sent me to Dan Tech and I explained my issues to him and he got me in right away, Thinking this was going to be a day thing turned into a couple days thing due to how bad my PC actually was, He took time to even upgrade my PC and put new fans into it and Went through the whole lap top, He even brought the PC to my work place and dropped it off. Will definitely be using Dan Tech if anymore issues come by. No complaints here.
