When people work, especially in this setting, they want to be paid a rate they can actually survive on. Dunkin Donuts starts employees at 16/hr. ComforCare pays 14/hr and they do not value your time. The clients complain about other caregivers and have no problem telling it all. They dont send nurses out, they do nothing about bed sores. they charge the clients an arm and a leg while paying hard workers pennies. The office staff can be bland. They dont care if you stay or go because their hands aren't getting dirty and their salaries are set. 2 doors down is Senior Helpers. Ill leave it at that.
I have been working for comforcare almost 4 years. I had alot of great and wonderful clients that I will hold close to my heart. I love what I do. Everyone in the office are so nice and sweet. They will do anything to help and so would I.
I personally work for the company. I have had a great experience from start to the present. I have a wonderful director of nursing and an assistant director of nursing who are always there when we need them and ready to answer any questions that we have in regards to our clients care.This company is good for new nurses as well as nurses with years of experience as they have the education to provide for a new nurse who is coming into the field so that they can go out and be great caregivers to clients in need of good professional care.They really go out of their way and put a lot of time in into placing the nurse with the client that best suits both...And they have been...read full review
