We just bought a Vita Elegant Hot Tub. From Tom Gray our sales rep right down to the delivery guys, our transaction went extremely smooth. We even ended up getting our hot tub earlier than what we thought we would. The hot tub is amazing and is everything we wanted. I have been enjoying it every day since we got it a week ago. I specifically want to do a shout out to Tom because it didn’t matter when I would text a question to him, he got back to me very, very quickly with answers . I would highly recommend Bob’s if you are interested in a hot tub. Customer service was exceptional!!
