These folks really rock. I came on 12/10/2021 for delivery, they unloaded me in less than 2 hours, they are polite and ever offer you the restrooms. I will definitely come here again.

Superb staff at Bob’s Intown Spa from sales to service to delivery to ongoing maintenance. Specifically Chris, Autumn and Nichole were amazing! They are very courteous, attentive and supportive. They also have a great selection of spas on premise. You won’t go wrong with Bob’s! Highly recommend!!

Bought a spa from Bob's and, unluckily, had a leak relatively soon thereafter. Although relatively easy to fix, the odd repair required a repeat diagnosis and a delay in getting the replacement part from the supplier. Mike during this time was completely professional and personable in doing everything possible to get me up and running again and reflected Bob's customer service in the best possible light without any additional charge. Obviously, the sale is foremost, but the follow-up service in my opinion is the truest indicator of the business's customer care.
