Quentin was awesome. My mandolin didn’t feel or sound quite right. He gave it a spin and agreed it was slightly off. A week later I had it back and it sounds 100% better and he didn’t have to do anything drastic. All for an extremely reasonable cost. I will be going back for any needs I have for my instruments. Highly recommend.
I had my classic 1980s Arthur E Smith Banjo serviced here and they knew what they were doing, alerting me to issues that arose and communicating what each step would cost. Only downside is that they weren't open when I got off work so I had to take off work to drop off and pick up.
