David came and gave us a quote and told me what he thought we needed done and what was unnecessary. His pricing was fair and the price did not change at the end of the job. Wonderful people to deal with, pleasant, did a clean job and were mindful of wearing work shoes in our home and covered walkways with drop clothes.
I had water coming up through my flooring in the unfinished part of our basement this summer due to heavy rain and hydrostatic pressure. Nothing severe, and an inch or less of water but in various places. I knew a tile drain was the best route but with plans to eventually move I did not want to drop a lot of money. I called and spoke to the owner which let me tell you is amazing. Their phone goes straight to the owner, and after having tried to get quotes from other companies who never called back, this was a welcome relief. BWS completed a basement waterproofing & mold remediation project, as well as redoing a front concrete slab that was contributing to the problem in the basement. I cannot say enough good things about David & his crew. Communication was excellent & they were able to provlem-solve on the fly as a couple of issues came up. They did a great job with demolition, protecting the rest of our house & our mechanicals as they worked & with cleanup, in addition to the project itself. Highly recommend
