Called these guys on a weekend just for info on their services about moving a gun safe to a 2nd floor office. They assured me that it was a routine kind of job for them and they’d send me a quote and a date of service. Their price for picking up the safe, delivering and installing was fair, the conduct was professional and the crew handled the safe with care. They took measures to make sure floors weren’t damaged by laying down moving blankets, swept up any mess left behind and disposed of the packaging for me. I hired Stern on the recommendation from another company to move a large and very heavy item. Three moving companies wouldn’t take the job. Stern did. They communicated clearly, showed up when they agreed to and completed the job in the time they said they would. This was not an easy move either. Lots of obstacles to include multiple surface types, up steps, down steps and operating within a very confined space. On top of it zero damage to the property and the item.
