I have not been to a hair salon for years because of a medical condition that has resulted in significant hair loss. Arlene had me leave looking like a queen today with a new sense of hoore and a break from wearing wigs. She also was extremely gentle when braiding and installing my beautiful weave. I am forever grateful for her skills and professionalism.
