My go to gal....Melissa focuses on any problem areas you have if needed. When I first went I was dealing with major pinched nerve issues...I left feeling amazing with no more pain. I go regularly now due to constant stress I carry in my neck (and helps my cervical stenosis).
It was amazing. My husband comes home from method’s and he can move his neck and arms with no pain. He sleeps through the night now. He can’t wait until his next appointment.

So grateful to Melissa for being so knowledgeable and knowing exactly what to do to help with sore or pulled muscles, lower back/neck pain and sore feet! I feel like my recovery time after workouts has definitely improved as well with the deep tissue massage. Her therapeutic massages are excellent for relaxation and de stressing as well! She can also do couples massages with her massage therapist next door which my husband and I enjoyed together last month! Very affordable pricing for one time massages and discounts on packs of massages as well!
