I would be remiss if I didn't thank Peter Calisti, at Fitzgerald Sommer Funeral Home, for his compassionate, sensitive manner in guiding me through the organized process and details of my late wife's, Pam, memorial service. At such a tragic time in my life, Peter directed me with the utmost sincerity, respect and professionalism that, looking back now five weeks, was more than I could expect and hope for. One would think these qualities are a natural part of his position but I have heard, first hand, where his demonstrated actions were not the same with other funeral home Directors. Just wanted to personally thank Peter and the staff at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home. Peter worked with us on a daily basis to help my family and I get through our recent loss. When we left the initial arrangements he assured us that he would take care of everything, and he did. Peter went above and beyond so that we could try to gather our thoughts for a few days before the service. He inconvenienced himself so that we wouldn’t be. The service was beautiful and all we had to do was show up. He made the whole process so simple. Thank you again to Peter, Rich, and Weezie!
Expressing our deepest gratitude for the kindness and sympathy my family received during an extremely difficult time. They helped ease the process of making decisions that myself and my family were not prepared to make. The memorial service was beautifully handled and a memorable tribute to my husband.
