I sought out Conscius Vita following two separate referrals about a year ago, and I'm hooked. Barb is the BEST at what she does - so much so that I commute all the way down from Manhattan just to see her. I'm prone to severe shoulder, neck and lower back pain, and Barb's massage is the only solution I've found works for longer than a couple of days at a time. It's amazing. Also, prior to receiving her services, I didn't even know what lymphatic drainage was, and what a difference it has made!
