This program is strict, but it WORKS! I'm sleeping better, have more energy than I've had in years, have little to no bloating, reduced brain fog, and lost 20lbs after having my son! All employees I've encountered are wonderful, helpful, responsive and encouraging. Nothing but good things to say!
I found Be Balanced out of despair gaining weight and not fitting into my normal clothes that I had worn for many years. I worked with my coach who was able to answer my questions about menopausal weight gain and started the Be Balanced program. In roughly 2 months I am down 14 pounds and now fit back into my clothing. I have my body back, feel great and in control of my weight thanks to Be Balanced.
BeBalanced was absolutely amazing. Kelly my coach was so kind and so supportive to me every step of the way. She encouraged me when i felt like giving up and she let me know that i couldn’t lose if i just tried. I won’t lie this program is not cheap but it is definitely worth every penny.
