We needed our chimney flashing replaced and Affordable Roofs was excellent to work with. They did an emergency repair in February which prevented more damage and came back to do the final repair. Very easy communications. They did great work. Neat, clean & organized. I highly recommend them!

They handled a full reroofing project on a rental property of mine. Coordination was smooth, and they kept me updated with photos since I couldn’t be there in person. There was a slight delay in material delivery, which pushed things back by a day, but they adjusted the schedule quickly. Tenants said the crew was respectful and kept noise controlled during early hours. The finished roof passed inspection without any issues.
