I was a patient of Dr. Lisses since way back when he was at Dr. Brown’s. He always took his time with me, as I have a difficult prescription. I never doubted that his prescription for me was accurate. The one time I wasn’t happy with the way the lenses in my glasses were made and I returned them, he gave me a refund, no questions asked. Unfortunately, Crystal Vision is out-of- network with the insurance we’ve had the past few years, so I had to go to a different company…I would go back to Dr. Lisses if I could. At times I wasn’t happy with his staff, but that was unusual. If you’re looking for great care, don’t hesitate to go here

First time visit for an exam and was thrilled to have WONDERFUL experience! It's very difficult to find a good place and I took a shot in the dark here. Dr. was phenomenal! Easy to talk to and he took the time to explain everything to me. Made me feel very comfortable. Staff was friendly and took care of all my needs. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

I would have given 5 stars only because Dr.Lisses is excellent.As far as his help- she confused the hell out of me- wouldn't explain anything, walked away from me to fix glasses on the shelf, called to have the doctor call me and I guess that she didn't think that was important. I'm having terrible problems with these contacts-Until that girl gets an attitude adjustment- I will be going elsewhere.It was so bad with that girl, I walked out
