I had the best experience at Crystal Vision Center. This was by far the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. The specialist was very detailed, took the time to carefully evaluate everything, and explained everything clearly. I was given exactly what I needed to improve my vision. In addition, the receptionist was very kind and helped me choose my glasses with patience, allowing me to take my time without any pressure and with great courtesy. The environment is comfortable and professional. Excellent service, professionalism, and care. Highly recommended!

I was a patient of Dr. Lisses since way back when he was at Dr. Brown’s. He always took his time with me, as I have a difficult prescription. I never doubted that his prescription for me was accurate. The one time I wasn’t happy with the way the lenses in my glasses were made and I returned them, he gave me a refund, no questions asked. Unfortunately, Crystal Vision is out-of- network with the insurance we’ve had the past few years, so I had to go to a different company…I would go back to Dr. Lisses if I could. At times I wasn’t happy with his staff, but that was unusual. If you’re looking for great care, don’t hesitate to go here

First time visit for an exam and was thrilled to have WONDERFUL experience! It's very difficult to find a good place and I took a shot in the dark here. Dr. was phenomenal! Easy to talk to and he took the time to explain everything to me. Made me feel very comfortable. Staff was friendly and took care of all my needs. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.
