Dr. Boland performed my cataract surgeries recently. He was great. Explained everything and was terrific post op also. I have also seen Dr Lisa Toole pre-op. She is a great optometrist. I am so happy to be back to Northeast Eye after my other doctor retired.

Dr Boland and his entire staff (especially John in the Kingston office) made my experience with cataract surgery very easy. From answering all my questions to being accommodating to my extreme fear of the procedure. I never expected to complete the procedure due to my fears, but did it not once but twice! The staff at the Surgical Suite was professional and kind. They have the procedure down to an exact science. Dr Boland is a very skilled Doctor and I felt very safe trusting him with my eyesight. I can see better now than I have been since I was a teenager (that was 53 years ago!). Everyone on the staff, including Dr.Boland, treats you like you were the most important patient they have seen that week. There is no question, they are the best in their specialty in NE Pennsylvania. Kudos to NEI for being the BEST!
