“Today I went for my first wax with Brittany. As with all things I was nervous. She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. She explained everything she was doing as she did it. Explained after care and the importance of exfoliating and moisturizing. I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as pain was concerned but because she kept me occupied talking and was quick and efficient it was very tolerable. The vibe in her room was very calm and welcoming. “I've had multiple keratin treatments at different salons, the last time was in the fall. After first wash, I still had to run straightening iron through it:(. I don't know what kind of magic wand Fatima used on Wednesday, but I just washed my hair and it's totally straight, soft and no frizz! Best treatment ever. She gave me a great new customer deal.
