Smith Waterproofing installed french drains & a sump pump for us after Hurricane Ida in 2021. The drains alone have handled most of the water, but yesterday, 7/14/25, almost 3.5 years after having the sump pump installed, the pump was finally put to the test. Everything worked exactly as advertised - basement stayed dry. Had a pond in our back yard but no water in the house. Thank you, Smith!

Smith Waterproofing did an excellent job correcting a water problem in our basement crawl space in mid-2024. We were so thankful for their great work, especially in July 2025 when torrential rain flooded Mount Joy and surrounding areas, and the crawl space was completely dry.
