New management has taken over and they’re doing a fantastic job. The alterations are done really well, next-day service is reliable and the place is spotless. They open at 6AM, so I can drop off or pick up clothes before work, which is super convenient. Highly recommend.
Sandy did the most thorough cleaning I have ever had in my 37 years on this planet. I’m really glad to have switched here knowing my previous provider wasn’t really meeting the standards they should have been. I was embarrassed even though I’m pretty darn thorough with my at home routines; both Sandy and Dr. Charles assured me I’m doing everything right and that they have my back from here on out. Dr. Charles is very cool and a calming presence.
The office is clean and smells really nicely. The front desk staff were very professional and all friendly smiles. I also love how close to home it is for me! I can’t say enough nice things about this practice, truly, thank you.
